With just a few weeks away from greeting my daughter into the world. My partner asked if I could write some music to help her focus during labour and birth and ultimately be a gift to our first born. I started to write music, but the profound nature of the whole experience became a flurry of moving and creative flow resulting in a whole album, understandable, whilst progressing through such a huge life event. I've decided to share the album as it may have some positive use for others, plus I'm pretty proud of it.
